These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OddoBot, a Discord bot operated by Oddology Inc. ("we", "us", "our").

By adding OddoBot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use OddoBot.

✅ Acceptance of Terms

By using OddoBot, you confirm that:

You are of legal age or have parental consent
You have the authority to agree to these Terms
You comply with Discord's Terms of Service
You understand and accept our Privacy Policy

🤖 Description of Service

OddoBot is a feature-rich Discord bot providing entertainment, utility, and moderation features including music playback, custom commands, auto-replies, quotes, notes, timers, and various integrations.

OddoBot is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change without notice, and service availability is not guaranteed.

👤 User Responsibilities

By using OddoBot, you agree to:

Not abuse or exploit the bot
Not use OddoBot for any illegal purposes
Not spam commands or attempt to overload the bot
Not use OddoBot to harass, threaten, or harm others
Comply with Discord's Terms of Service
Comply with your server's rules and guidelines
Report any bugs or exploits instead of abusing them

🚫 Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access.

Illegal activities of any kind
Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
Spamming or flooding commands
Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
Attempting to access other users' data
Using OddoBot to violate others' privacy
Commercial use without written permission
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the bot
Using OddoBot to distribute malware or harmful content
Impersonating OddoBot or Oddology Inc.

👑 Server Admin Responsibilities

Server administrators who add OddoBot agree to:

Configure bot permissions appropriately
Monitor audit logs for misuse
Remove inappropriate content created through the bot
Not hold Oddology Inc. liable for user-generated content
Ensure the bot is used in accordance with these Terms

©️ Intellectual Property

OddoBot's code, design, and branding are owned by Oddology Inc.
User-uploaded content (audio, video, images) remains the property of the users
By uploading content, users grant OddoBot a license to store and display that content within Discord servers
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload any content

📄 User-Generated Content

Users may create custom commands, upload media, save quotes, and add notes through OddoBot. Regarding this content:

Users are fully responsible for all content they create or upload
We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice
Server admins can manage and delete content within their servers
We are not responsible for monitoring user-generated content

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

OddoBot is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oddology Inc. is not liable for:

Service interruptions or downtime
Loss of data or content
Damages arising from use of the service
Actions of third parties or other users
User-generated content
Issues caused by Discord platform changes

In no event shall our total liability exceed $0 USD, as OddoBot is provided free of charge.

🛡️ Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oddology Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of OddoBot
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third party's rights
Content you upload or create through the bot

🔚 Termination

We May Terminate Access:

For violating these Terms
For any reason with reasonable notice
Immediately for severe violations

You May Stop Using OddoBot:

By kicking the bot from your server
By requesting data deletion via legal@oddologyinc.com

✏️ Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Major changes may be announced via our Discord support server.

Continued use of OddoBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation first. For EU users, GDPR protections apply regardless of governing law.

🔗 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

📋 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oddology Inc. regarding OddoBot and supersede any prior agreements.
